Note:

  • From January 1 to April 30 and from October 1 until December 31 minimum 2 nights stay.
  • May 3 night minimum stay.
  • June and September minimum stay 5 nights.
  • July and August minimum stay 7 nights.
  • Supplement € 300 for the cleaning and changing sheets and towels for stays shorter than 7 days.
  • a deposit of € 1,500 cash or credit card Visa or Master Card will be refunded by the same payment system after verification that all is right in the house is charged.
  • A portion of the rent, customers must pay the Ecotax the Balearic Government.
